I have only been able to find this site with info about the recent video address to Iran, but if the rest of it matches the blurb quoted here I have to say it's actually pretty good. Probably a complete waste of time, but the right tone to take and the right message to deliver. I'm not much for being politically correct, but you do have to tailor your message to those you address. Iran has a long and varied history behind it. They're touchy about it. If you want to get anywhere with them rather than just piss them off more you have to phrase things a certain way and soften the jabs with recognition of that history. The modern leadership has no connection to the old one, nor any legit claim to that legacy, but they feel that they do and if that's what it takes to get them talking rather than shooting, fine. No skin off our nose. It's a heck of a lot better than the usual suck up attitude or hard nosed belligerence. Iran and the Arabs have a few things in common, one of them is that they don't respect a suck up and get all offended and out of joint when you're aggressive. You have to be firm but very very polite and solicitous. Compliment them, show that you respect and admire their culture (what THEY consider their culture, not the islamic fundamentalist side) and that you aren't just another ass. Do things right and they can be great friends, do it wrong and they'll screw you at every chance, just for spite.

Here's one every American should read and think about. I don't care nearly as much about the 16 trillion in loans as I do the conflicts of interest. I'm curious how much of that 16T has been repaid though, and how much is delinquent.

Got this link from a friend and was pretty amazed anyone had the gall to actually try this. No tinfoil needed here, Orwell's Thought Police would be perfectly happy with this town's decision.
