I'm pretty sure calling for revolution isn't covered under the first amendment. I'm also hoping that he gets a very pointed visit by the FBI. There are people in jail or living in seclusion to avoid jail who said less and in a smaller forum.

This is another one of those things that needs to be enforced equally. It riles up the far right enough when one of their own is harassed or arrested for these kinds of comments, if the other side of the spectrum doesn't ALSO get that treatment it could very well create a LOT more anger. There's a significant number of people that continue to talk and work the political angles because they have a tiny bit of faith left in the system and really don't want a war of words to become a war of violence. If even a small percentage of those people felt that the system was so broken it could not be fixed by normal means we would quickly see a shift from talk to action that spirals into full out conflict.

Scary stuff in my opinion.

Again, a little searching will turn up a lot, but this one struck me as pretty obnoxious.

There are also a lot of stories out there about additional voter fraud, media "goofs" which are pretty improbable as accidents and just happen to seriously favor one side over the other and that sort of thing.

I'm again reminded of the irony of how many far left folks view the far right. Either the far right are crazy revolutionaries prone to violence and just waiting for an excuse to try to overthrow the government or they are not. If they are, would you really want to continually antagonize them with this type of behavior?

The political fighting has been particularly full of lies and deception this time around, I'm amazed that some of the ads being run are not causing law suits. If you outright lie about someone over and over, smearing their reputation, and you KNOW your information is wrong... I don't know, maybe in this context it isn't actionable but again, if the right wingers are so dangerous and prone to shooting people over minor disagreements or terrorist acts against anyone they don't like you'd think their political opponents would at least stick to demonizing them with the truth. Don't get me wrong, the right hasn't been any more civil in a lot of their ads, but I've noticed a difference in style between the right and left and the level of what I'd call malicious lying is lower from the right. They tend to attack using other methods, but there's plenty of fodder for both sides in most cases.

I haven't linked some of the cases, but if you total them up they show confirmed or strong evidence of voting fraud in states that total 96 electoral votes.
Just coincidence, I'm sure, that they all seem to favor one party and that many of them include attempts by the democratic party or supporters to shut down investigations or punish those who blew the whistle.

This one I can almost buy the explanation, except that this kind of thing should be handled in design and testing and is unacceptable at the actual polls. We use this kind of hardware every day, it works, most people understand it fine and the designers have figured out how to handle the usual interface quirks related to touch screens. Hell. I'd bet some college student could write an iPad ap in a few days to handle this just fine. iPad's are a hell of a lot cheaper than those polling machines.
